LOCATION

We are located in the south part of the island. From our reception Paraga beach is only half minute walk and the beach is located  between Paradise Beach, at 10 min walk and Platys Yalos Beach, at 15 min walk. From our pool and bar you get the best views over Paraga beach. We are proud to have one of the most amazing breathtaking views from our pool section and also from the most 5 people’s Trbs accommodation.

Only 4 km from main town -Chora (public bus service in front of reception).

Only 5 minutes drive from /to airport.

Only for 4 km from the old port.

As for your entertainment , we are located in one of the most famous beaches with restaurants and bars. Cavo Paradiso Club , the best club in the island is only 15 minutes walk from our reception. Paradise beach and its club is distant only 7 minutes walk.

From Paraga beach , they are running daily taxi boats to most of the south beaches of the island.

Information

Paraga beach Hostel & Camping is only 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes away from the ports. The best thing about it is that you don’t really need to worry about how to get here in first place, as we are offering you a free transfer upon arrival.

Arriving from the port – bus transportation

There are daily frequent public bus services running from both new or old port. From new port you will have to take the bus going to main town, and from there 20 minutes walk to Fabrica square , where you can take the bus to Paraga Beach. Bus stop is just outside our reception.

Arriving from the airport

From the airport, as there is no direct bus service you can either call a taxi at 0030.22890.23700 or take advantage of our free transfer service.

Arriving by car 

From the port: Take the road going out from the port direction to town , in the second roundabout you go left and continue till the signals for paraga beach – paradise beach. Before you reach Paradise beach , on your right take the street for Paraga beach.

How to get to Mykonos port from Athens or other islands.

There are daily ferries departing either from Pireus port or Rafina port (in Athens), and almost all the Cyclades islands.

How to get to Mykonos airport 

Many airlines , low budget or not are operating flights to Mykonos Airport. Airlines such as, Aegean Airlines, Ryainair, EasyJet, AirBerlin, Olympic Airways,Volotea, Vueling etc have direct or one stop flights to Mykonos , more occasionaly one stop in Athens.

Points of Interest

Dilos Island

Dilos is the archeological island at 30 minutes from Mykonos harbor.

You can take the boat that departs from Mykonos south harbour in the old port. The daparting hours are daily leaving from Mykonos at : 09.00- 10.00-11.00 am

To came back you can take one of the same boats leaving Dilos at 12.00-13.30-15.00

On Mondays the museum is closed.

The ticket of the boat is 18.00 euro roundtrip, and you can make your tickets at the harbur in the agencies.

Mykonos Town

Mykonos Town, Chora as called by the greek people, is the the No 1 attraction of the tourists coming to Mykonos.

Mykonos Town , offers a different experience depending on when you are visiti it. Morning walks can be really relaxing and you can enjoy being lost in the small white painted narrow alleys of the Mykonos Town, while late at night Mykonos Town transforms in a place of entertainment , for all tastes, as here you will find numerous bars, restaurants and people to meet! Full of art galleries and designers, but also some of the most common and famous brands shops can be found here.

Take your camera with you. Mykonos Town has the caracteristick white painted houses, with colourful balconies, doors and windows. Cycladic architecture, cubic style houses, narrow streets forming a labyrinth, beautiful churches, lovely chapels and purple bougainvilleas contrasting with the bright white of the buildings walls.

Paraga Beach

Paraga Beach is one of the most famous beaches on the south part of the Mykonos. Being in the south part of the island , the beach is protected from the strong winds comparing to the north side of the island, giving you the chance to enjoy your stay in the beach comfortably all day long.

Excellent comunicated, you can reach Paraga beach from town center of Mykonos, called Chora by the locals, with the public bus running every hour in high season. Taxi boat services connect Paraga beach with the rest of the south beaches, such as, Paradise beach, Super Paradise , Agrari , Elia beach and so on.

If you feel like walking, in only 10 minutes you can reach Paradise beach by taking the path outisde our reception, or walking the opposite side Platys Yalos can be visited in only 15 minutes.

Paraga beach offers sun beds under rental charges, by the people who owns taverns and cafe- bars on the beach.

Staying in Paraga beach Hostel will give you the chance to be half minute from the beach, and connected to all the night events . Cavo Paradiso is only 15 minute walk and Paradise Club is 10 minutes to reach. Scorpios bar and restaurant is on the same beach only 5 minutes away.
